Since my dad & aunt are clearing their leave,the familia went off for a quick BATAM getaway(the boyfren included of course).This time around is more of SHOPPING for kerepek,keropok,jeruk,kek lapis etc.. Clothes? nah..kinda small & orbit for my liking. We had seafood lunch at the famous Golden Prawn 933 restaurant & entertained by some cultural show thereafter.

Kuda kepang danceWe were taken to the new icon in Batam island: Barelang bridge is a chain of 6 bridges that connects to the smaller islands of Tonton,Nipah and Setotok. It is now grown to be a tourist attraction. There are vendors selling handicrafts,fried seafood,rojak.
i'm so tempted when i saw the seafood but didnt bought any :( ,below are some shots taken at the Barelang bridge. What a scenic!
The shopping excursion begins..from the Polo shop,dry food shops & Batam City Square before we head back to the resort.
It's back in Singapore..a boring & mundane lifestyle ......
