I'm those kind of individual who don't really expect excellent customer service. As being in the frontline last time,do teach me a lot.No matter what u do or pissed u feel on a bad day,maintaining the service is the utmost thing coz customer is always right.I had never lodge any complaints or feedback eventhough I encountered bad service.But I'm not the nicest person also coz I'm so gng to feedback to Orchid Bowl. pffttt!It was partly my fault for being late but it was raining cats n dogs. at least that fat bitchy minah could have the tendency to call me if I still want to proceed wif my reservation or inform me that if i'm late the reservation will be cancel. Hell no,that fat bitchy minah blardly cancel my reservation & got the cheek to tell me off in a sarcastic manner,"U reserve wat time,now wat time already?" Fucking hell,why the hell u took my fone no for?for show on ur pathetic-looking reservation paper. Watever i pay goes to ur pathetic salary,U bitch! Why am i paying my 7% Goods Service Tax?aarrgghhh!!
